Executive Certificate in Retail Marketing & Service

The Centre for Enterprise Development and Research (CEDAR), a research and training centre of Southern Cross University (SCU), in collaboration with Mares Australia, has developed an exciting 4 topic Executive Certificate program specifically designed for retailers in the dive and water sports industry.

This program adds to an already successful suite of short courses designed by CEDAR and SCU for small business, including the Software Business Management Course that has been adopted globally by Microsoft.

The Executive Certificate in Retail Marketing & Service will enable dive and water sports retailers, and their staff, to increase their understanding of how to market themselves and improve service in a retail environment.

The program will be delivered online, with lectures presented using Elluminate Live!, an easy to use web-based audio-conferencing tool for real-time collaboration: an electronic classroom if you like. By using Elluminate Live!, you can have discussions with your lecturer from the comfort of home or office. With Elluminate Live!, you can view PowerPoint slides, web sites, the whiteboard and other shared applications, with each of the lectures recorded for later playback. The CEDAR and MARES team will also assist by providing you with a series of readings and activities that you can apply to your business on CD.
